Funky Xmas birds!

When I first looked at Marika's card on Muse Christmas Visions I thought I wouldn't be able to enter this week as I don't have any fun Xmas stamps.  Then I remembered I had this one which I think had come free in a magazine.  My inspiration from Marika's card was the use of the fun stamp and lots of white space. I used gold ink to stamp the music which the birds are standing on as I wanted it to be subtle - the gold ink adds to the Xmas feel of the card.  Another card to add to the Xmas card pile!

Music stamp - Stamps Away 
 Brilliance galaxy gold
Distress markers
Versafine black onyx ink - clear embossed
Twine from stash

    Margaret, this is adorable! I love your take on Marika's card, great use of white space and definitely fun stamps! Your card would also be great for the CASology challenge going on where the cue card is "LINE"...your birds in a line are adorable and your card is definitely clean and simple!

    I have this stamp too and yeah it was a freebie and I use it a lot at Christmas, they are just so cute! and love how you have used them here x
