Another holly card

Here's another Xmas card for my collection and it qualifies for the NBUS challenge as I used some gilding wax which has been lying in a drawer for years! For those of you who haven't heard of NBUS this term was coined by Darnell and means Never Before Used Schtuff. And who doesn't have lots of stuff lurking in their craft rooms which was bought ages ago and hasn't been used?

                                    



I'm also entering this card into the Happy Little Stampers Christmas challenge which is holly.

Materials used:-
Embossing folder - freebie from Simply Homemade Magazine issue 48
Gilding wax - Treasure Gold Renaissance 
Gold card from stash
Word die - Sizzix Tim Holtz holiday words script

    Wonderful CAS card in such great non-traditional colours! I must try rubbing gilding wax over an embossing folder - such a lovely effect! Thanks for joining us at Happy Little Stampers!

    The embossed & colored holly on this pretty card is so very elegant. Love the simple Noel sentiment that lets the lovely motif take center stage, and the gilding looks splendid! TFS and thanks for joining in the HLS September Christmas Challenge.
